    WORLD TRAVEL REPS reserves the right to deny, without prior notice, access to any user who does not comply with current legislation and these General Conditions of this website.

    WORLD TRAVEL REPS reserves the right to take any available legal action to demand responsibilities arising from the breach of any provisions of these General Conditions of use of the website by a user.

    In compliance with current legislation, as set out in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of Personal Data (LOPD), whose purpose is to guarantee and protect, concerning the processing of personal data, the freedoms and fundamental rights of individuals, and especially their honor and personal privacy, WORLD TRAVEL REPS informs users that:

    • Any personal data that the User provides via email, electronic forms, or other means will be included in files owned by WORLD TRAVEL REPS that are duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.     • WORLD TRAVEL REPS commits to treating the User’s data confidentially and will only be transferred to third parties (understood as third parties being “Collaborating entities of WORLD TRAVEL REPS and companies belonging to the same business group as WORLD TRAVEL REPS that provide specific services to their customers or employees”) for the effective fulfillment of the services requested by the User. Otherwise, prior consent from the User will be requested.
    • The User shall be, in any case, responsible for the veracity of the data provided, with WORLD TRAVEL REPS reserving the right to exclude from registered services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may proceed in Law.
    • WORLD TRAVEL REPS declares that it has taken measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data provided by the User, according to the applicable security level, in its facilities, systems, and files, in accordance with the provisions of Title VIII of the Development Regulation of the LOPD (approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21). However, the user must be aware that current security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
    • The User may exercise the rights recognized in the LOPD, of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by written request addressed to WORLD TRAVEL REPS (Ref. Data Protection) via written communication to the LOPD officer at World Travel indicating the right to be exercised and providing proof of identity.

    For this purpose, the Internet user agrees to refrain from:
